The great Chinese rise led the United States of America to change its policies towards China to a policy of strategic competition. We can explain this competition in the context of the transformations taking place in the global system, and that any change in the structure or values ​​of the global system must impose its dependency on other countries. In order to identify the most important transformations in the global system now, we point to three crises that the global system is going through now, which are (a crisis of leadership - a crisis in the structure and structure of the capitalist global system - a crisis in global values).
