التطور البشري .. الجماعات والثقافات والحروب
In the book Human Evolution: Groups, Cultures, and Wars, the study begins with the dilemma of wars: Why has the series of wars continued without end since prehistoric times? The book aims to reconsider this dilemma through an in-depth and interdisciplinary analysis, drawing on the history of human evolution. The book emphasizes that this dilemma is closely related to the puzzle that explains why the cultural evolution of Homo sapiens was much faster in the past 70,000 years than the evolution of the human family in the previous 2.7 million years. In this book, two sides of human development are presented: the amazing achievements of culture, science, technology and the arts on the one hand, and the bitter reality of history, marked by an uninterrupted series of wars dating back to prehistoric times on the other. It also aims to review possible ways to reduce the causes of wars and other aggressive conflicts between human groups, especially the underlying causes of human cultural evolution.
