The Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies published the book **Chapters in Moroccan Arabic**, by author Abdel Ali Al-Wadghiri, and is 232 pages long. The book presents a descriptive historical study of the Arabic used in Morocco, focusing on its characteristics, development, and paths of interest in it, especially in its lexical dimension. It begins by tracing its entry into the country since the Islamic conquest, highlighting that its spread was not the result of religious education alone, but was also linked to the settlement of multiple Arab tribes that carried with them their different dialects. This diversity, along with contact with local languages, has led to the emergence of Moroccan Arabic with distinct usage characteristics, based on generation, derivation, and continuous development, like all other living dialects.
