This is the subject of the book “A Dynamic Labor Market.” An effective labor market requires appropriate conditions for employees and employers to encourage development, job creation, and growth. In a changing world, these conditions must be developed and improved. Fifteen scholars in economic history, business, economics, sociology, and political science analyze the world's most important changes, laws, regulations, and taxes affecting labor market conditions. The studies are based on empirical studies and research groups, and aim to contribute to an in-depth debate on the future of the Swedish labor market.
