الرأسمالية في إيران المعاصرة | تراكم رأس المال، وتكوين الدولة، والجغرافيا السياسية
This book traces patterns of capital accumulation and changes in class and state formation in Iran during the global neoliberal era. It shows how there are internal connections between the nature of contemporary development in Iran, the form of the state, the ongoing social and political transformations in society, and geopolitical tensions with the West. At the same time, it highlights the need to examine these issues in light of their internal relationships to the movements and trends of global neoliberal capitalism and the resulting geopolitics. Accordingly, the book shows that Iranian neoliberalism has given rise to new contested class dynamics that have radically reshaped the Iranian ruling class, powerfully shaped the working class and the poor, and significantly influenced the shape of the state and its foreign policy.
