Justice can be described as a concept that often hides lies, or sometimes, is merely a façade for them. Regardless of the definition of justice, it is clear that it does not stem from the intentions of virtuous individuals, but is crafted by those who lack integrity. This observation accurately reflects the current state of international criminal justice. It is no exaggeration to say that the definition of international justice has historically been manipulated, dictated and promoted by those who held positions of power while committing heinous international crimes. As a result, notions of injustice and massacres of innocent civilians cannot be considered mere footnotes in the development of international relations between different civilizations, but rather reveal the brutality inherent in our more powerful nature. Unfortunately, the current system of international criminal justice suffers from a significant distortion of the truth and a massive penetration of deception, practiced through coercive means during discussions in the United Nations Security Council. Thus, we find ourselves governed by a “law” based on lies, which all individuals must abide by, regardless of their different inclinations. It is necessary to engage with this discourse and remain aware of one's nature.
