The indictment... prosecuting the Chinese Communist Party and its friends for crimes against America, China, and the world

A generation ago, Ronald Reagan devised and implemented a strategy to bring down the last totalitarian communist regime that sought to destroy America: the Soviet Union's "evil empire." We can settle for nothing less regarding the “existential threat to freedom” of our time. The Chinese Communist Party's relentless efforts to crush freedom, destroy our country, and establish what Xi Jinping calls “global governance,” directed and enforced by Beijing, can and must be thwarted. This book represents the result of a comprehensive effort to develop and support Reagan's strategy for our time. It is based on a comprehensive program of about seventy webinars, organized by the Current Danger: China Committee, that addressed: 1) what the Chinese Communist Party described as the “unrestricted war” against America over the course of decades; and 2) the role played by American elites in helping the Chinese Communists win. Based on all this content, the indictment identifies nine criminal “charges” that can and should be brought and prosecuted, at least in public view, against the Chinese Communist Party and its American allies. If, moreover, the Chinese Communist Party is designated as a transnational criminal organization, actual criminal prosecutions of the Party and its allies should also be possible. The indictment also lists twenty specific actions required. To punish the perpetrators of war crimes against America and humanity, and defeat those who would likely commit them.
