**Robert W. Malone, **, MD and MSc, is a world-renowned virologist and immunologist, expert in clinical research and regulatory affairs, director of US federal contract proposals and projects, and original inventor of messenger RNA (mRNA) delivery and vaccination technology, nucleic acid vaccination, and numerous non-viral DNA delivery technologies and nucleic acid platforms. Dr. Malone received his scientific training at UC Davis, UC San Diego, and in the Molecular Biology and Virology Laboratories of the Salk Institute, his medical training at Northwestern University (MD) and Harvard Medical School (Graduate Fellowship in Clinical Research), and in pathology from UC Davis. He has nearly a hundred peer-reviewed academic publications, and has been an invited speaker or session chair at nearly a hundred conferences. He is the author of the book “Lies My Government Told Me.” Dr. Malone co-founded the Malone Institute, which aims to restore integrity to government, bioscience, and medicine. Dr. Jill Glasspool-Malone has co-founded several biotechnology companies and has held positions in the biotechnology industry and academia. Dr. Malone has an extensive publication record in the areas of gene therapy, immunology, and public policy related to infectious disease outbreaks. She specializes in clinical trials and has extensive experience in public policy and federal regulatory issues. She graduated from UC San Diego with a bachelor's degree in behavioral anthropology, and from Union Institute and University with a doctorate in public policy, with a focus in biotechnology. She completed a Graduate Fellowship in Clinical Research for Global Scholars at Harvard Medical School. She co-founded the Malone Institute with her husband, Dr. Robert Malone.
