For decades, successive Israeli empires committed acts of destruction, humiliation, murder and mass atrocities against the Palestinian people, surpassing even the atrocities committed against innocent Jews under Nazi Germany. The people of the State of Palestine have suffered greatly, culminating in determined efforts to completely annihilate them with the explicit support of some Western governments, including those of the United Kingdom, the United States, and Germany. These parties have flagrantly violated the legal and ethical principles established by the United Nations and the International Criminal Court. A comprehensive examination of these atrocities reveals that Zionist policies are designed to completely displace Palestinians from their historic lands. The IDF gradually imposed measures including forced migration and mass transfer of the Palestinian population. As a result, authoritarian military regimes, hypocritical arms-trading empires, Zionist hierarchies, genocidal economic systems, and empires of occupation have become established facts that point to deficiencies in international criminal justice. These failures led to brutal massacres of innocent civilians and children. This crisis is exacerbated by lawyers, politicians, judges and prosecutors who, despite defining themselves as legal professionals, demonstrate moral bankruptcy in their pursuit of status, wealth and titles within a system responsible for genocide. Amidst this moral decline among legal practitioners, and the prevalence of serious physical harm inflicted on millions, victims suffer a grave injustice. As a result, international criminal justice frameworks – including human rights law and international humanitarian law – are losing their effectiveness in confronting a genocidal empire. The scale of this tragedy is deeply disturbing.
