المحرقة ضد أطفال فلسطين
المحرقة ضد أطفال فلسطين
The genocide currently taking place in Gaza is reminiscent of the atrocities Germany witnessed during the Nazi Holocaust and after the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. The events of Pearl Harbor received the tacit support of the US and British governments, just as the destruction of many countries, including Palestine, continues today. Voiceless Palestinian children suffer humiliation as a result of unjust sentences issued by the Israeli authorities, similar to what innocent Jews faced during World War II. The fallout from the events of September 11 and the multiple coups orchestrated through US foreign diplomacy exemplify US involvement in the repression of other countries, including through the proxy war between Ukraine and Russia. In contrast to previous wars, Western governments portray international crimes committed in Gaza as acts of self-defense against resistance factions, a narrative intended to shift blame onto others and divert attention from Western governments’ mission to extend control over the entire Middle East region. Western governments have monopolized international laws as tools to address their violations, while simultaneously avoiding accountability to institutions such as the International Criminal Court in The Hague. The Israeli authorities justify that their military forces constitute “the most moral army in the world,” which allows them to commit atrocities with the complicity of Western governments. As a result, the massacre of children in Gaza disproportionately affects individuals who are completely defenseless and dependent on the protection of their parents. Authoritarian Western leaders, regardless of their democratic political slogans, undoubtedly bear international criminal responsibility for the Holocaust.
